The train is moving forward

Nothing in its path

History in the making

For such a time as this

Turmoil among the nations

Unrest among the people

Yet, in the middle of this

God’s presence is here

Look through the chaos

See what’s ahead

Don’t be discouraged

Creation’s groaning seems louder

Shakings are happening all over

Stand and declare God’s righteousness

Angels descending and taking their place

People moving forward

Sons arise and take their stand

Now, walk in stillness

Sit in silence

Peace surrounds these storms of life

Look! A breakthrough in the chaos

A sliver of light shines down

The golden light of comfort and hope

God’s presence is here

Creation is speaking

Our spirit is translating

Joy comes in the morning

God’s presence is here

The Cosmos now awakened

The Universe alight

Hope has conquered despair

God’s presence is here

Through all the messiness of life

I stand and then bow with tears running down

To my Father, who loves all the world
